The Admin HubShould Moderator Teams Include Specialists for Different Issues?
A forum is a community of diverse of people. They come from different social class, different cultural nackground, different temperament. Running a forum is also a technical thing, somethings you might also get caught in leal wrangle. When you have technical, legal, or cultural expertise in your forum it might improve handling complex issues. Do you have them? Do you think specialists shoukd rotate, or remain permanent? How does this impact your forum and the team?
No, I don't think so. Simply respecting each other in the comments and not writing obviously bad or negative things is more than enough. Including specialists on different forum topics would be excessive.
Depends on the genre of the forum. For a general discussion or entertainment type forum it wouldn't be needed but if it was a specialized niche then sure.
