I can read and understand only three languages, English, Hindi, and Nepali, my mother tongue. However, I don't limit myself reading literature just from these language, I read a lot of European and South American authors and I read a lot of translated works. Do you only read books that are originally written or do you also read translated works?
Translate work by google translator is not always perfect. Translate by AI services could be little more advanced. However there are grammatical and syntax that are not understood by google translator. You can read translated work by human because you can't think in hindi and speak in english as simple as that.
How was it like? The translated works that I've read in the past didn't just give me the full information from the original language that it was translated from. That has been the issue that I've been having recently with some of these translated works.
