I'm not sure if that's needed on forums today. I think it would be needed on a social network that you created, something big with a lot of features and areas. But a forum is pretty simple and I think keeping the staff structure simple is the best route to take.

I think discipline is definitely needed to acquire talent. You have to be able to train yourself to acquire it, and if you're not disciplined about it, you're going to have problems.

Do any of you party, drink alcohol, and get drunk on New Year's Eve past midnight? I used to when I was much younger. Now, I'm in bed way before midnight. I also quit drinking a few years ago.

The movie, IT? Yes. I saw the originals which IMO were the best and I saw the new one (first one) and it wasn't bad.

I think adults should still cater a lot of it for kids. It can help them be happy, especially when life isn't always happy for many kids. But I also think it should bring together the family. You can celebrate for religious reasons, too. There is definitely nothing wrong with that. But also...

Do you usually set a New Year's resolution? If you do, how often do you actually complete them for that year?

I want to finish (not last) my upcoming 50K trail run in August. I also want to bike about 2,500 miles this year.

Bed by 9:30-10 pm LOL Awake by 6 am, on the hiking trail by 10 am

Hike on the last day, hike on the first day. Been doing it for almost 10 years now!

We have 2 this year

It's always been a time for our family to get together. We do three different get-togethers, too. Christmas eve with the in-laws Christmas morning with the kids Christmas lunch with my mom, stepdad and my family

Big breakfast. That's how we celebrate Christmas and Thanksgiving now. Instead of the traditional lunch/dinner, we do a big breakfast instead.
