Sleeping long and sleeping well are two different things. Someone can sleep for 10 hours but didn't sleep well while someone would have only 5 hours of sleep and slept well. This is why someone would sleep for long hours but wake up feeling weak.
Yeah, I’d say I sleep well most days. I usually get around eight hours a night, which keeps me feeling pretty steady and clear-headed. As long as I don’t stay up too late on my phone, I wake up feeling rested. So overall, my sleep routine is pretty solid.
I always get the amount of sleep that I desire. It is just how I was created and I wonder what exactly can make me not to enjoy my sleep the way that I would want to.

Sometimes , I wish that it is possible for me to get some rest during the day, but that is always impossible because I go to the work most days. I tend to sleep more at night while planning on how to navigate the next day.
Unfortunately, I do not get a good sleep daily. I usually stay up late at night and this has been ruining my health as of now. Sometimes I do not sleep at night at all and I stay awake. I need to adjust my routine and this is a really hard thing to do. Medications could help and I am taking certain medications.
I usually take several medications to help me sleep better. I use a combination of benzodiazepine, antidepressants, and antipsychotics to help me sleep better. This combinations works best. I take these medications at night, just a few hours before going to bed.

Yeah, I sleep well enough every night. The day I stop sleeping well enough at night, I wouldn't take it lightly because it means my health is in serious jeopardy.
Yes, I sleep well. I always aim to get atleast 7 hours of sleep, at the minimum every night. It does depend on how many commitments I’ve got to get done before going to bed.
