General Warm or cold shower?

Between a hot or warm shower, or even a bath - what would you pick and why? I’d go hot all day long as it helps relax and relieve muscle tension. Especially considering the cold winter weather.

I take hot showers all year round.

I would like to do ice baths once a month, though. I need to set something up for it.

Warm for me... I just find cold showers unpleasant!
