Exercising and keeping fit always take my interest in many ways. I can do a lot more when it comes to keeping fit and it is all for good. However, I've not always been able to do 200 push-ups in one sitting. Do you consider that possible?
Unless you are a body builder or a martial arts trained, I do not think that would be possible. Maximum I have been able to do was around 25 in one sitting.
When I'm not superman, why would I want to do 200 push up at once? I've only tried doing 100 push up within 20 minutes and suffered from the effects for days because my body couldn't handle it.
